Mrs. Cuminale was born in the Bronx, NY, May 4, 1929, a daughter of Lawrence and Letitia (Salerno) Leo. She attended NY schools and was a homemaker.A resident of New Fairfield for the past five years coming from Southbury, CT to make her home with her daughter Rosanne Gagliardi, Mrs. Cuminale enjoyed sewing and cooking. She was regarded by her family as a wonder woman since she always found the time and strength to help everyone she knew that needed a helping hand.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 10 am in St. Edward the Confessor Church, 21 Brush Hill Road, New Fairfield, CT.Entombment will follow in the Shrine of Memories Mausoleum of Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale, NY at 12:15 pm.The family will receive friends in the Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home, 9-11 Granville Ave., Danbury on Friday, March 24, 2017 from 5 pm to 8 pm.
